I studied UX Design focused in HCI for my Masters Degree, in addition to the Bachelors degree in Engineering.
I have experience designing diverse products including Enterprise products, E-Learning and Learning Management Systems, Field Force and Employee management Systems, NGO Tech and more.

I spearheaded several high-impact projects, including the research and re-design of Reliance's Learning Management System for over 382,000 employees and the design of an enterprise platform to simplify day-to-day employee interactions for 100,000+ users. I have collaborated with cross functional teams to enhance website performance for digital initiatives like HerCircle and ConnectFor
As the Head of Design, I defined product goals with stakeholders and led the team in creating an Intelligent Adaptive Learning Platform for school children. My responsibilities included comprehensive user research, developing the Information Architecture, and crafting essential user journeys and wireframes.
Beyond the Wireframes
In my 'free-state', you will find me curled up with a book, humming with a song or lazy dancing.
If I am standing still, it's usually because I am capturing a moment.
I love travelling and exploring cultures, people, driven by the belief that the most interesting subject in the world is the complexity of human thought.

It’s been a pleasure working with Alina during her tenure as a UI/UX Designer in my team. She joined us straight from design school and quickly grew into a confident and skilled UX professional.
